Garum is a collaboration between The Westin Perth and renowned Chef and media personality Guy Grossi. Garum is a vibrant Roman Italian restaurant and bar housed in the sophisticated surrounds of Hibernian Hall.
Led by Head Chef Paolo Apuzzo, Patrons are privy to exceptional rustic Roman cuisine prepared with traditional techniques and modern influence. The wine list includes wines from Italy, Australia and WA’s Margaret River region. Services include breakfast, aperitivo, dinner and private dining experiences.
