Fusing theatre, circus, dance and music, the Ghana Road Show is an unforgettable celebration of the richness of West African arts, featuring a contemporary sweep of its different regions and traditions. A captivating show that entwines thrilling circus acts and traditional dance, set to the rhythmic beat of the drum, against a curated backdrop of contemporary tunes by DJ Lady Chika, developed and choreographed by Lucky Lartey.
Featuring dancer and choreographer Lucky Lartey, drummer and dancer Yacou Mbaye, circus artist and acrobat Ronald ‘Yoga’ Mensah, musicians Nii Odai Nmai, Pedro Olympio and Appiah Annan, and DJ Angelica Osuji (a.k.a Lady Chika), the Ghana Road Show not only entertains but also serves as a celebration of cultural exchange and collaboration, inspiring audiences to appreciate their own culture and connect deeply with the world around them.
