Open Days at Illawarra Grevillea Park Botanic Garden
The Illawarra Grevillea Park Botanic Garden houses a unique collection of native plants from all over Australia.
Visitors can wander through the expansive display gardens, explore the rainforest and sensory walk or wander through the book display in the 100-year-old chapel. There are acres of area to explore including a well-marked bushwalking track. Or utilise the BBQ and picnic facilities and enjoy the day with your family surrounded by colourful seasonal displays.
There are hundreds of plants for sale, including many grafted Grevilleas. Volunteers are on hand to answer questions and provide advice on growing native plants.
The Illawarra Grevillea Park Botanic Garden hosts open days seasonally in Autumn, Winter and Spring.
Autumn - first two weekends in May
Winter - first two weekends in July
Spring - first two weekends in September
