Semi-Conscious will comprise an educational masterclass guided by a panel, wherein attendees will be immersed in discussion and dialogue between winemakers, sommeliers, chefs, and industry representatives about Semillon, its influence in the Hunter Valley, and the industry as a whole.
Hosting a luncheon curated by guest chefs, using Semillon as a key ingredient throughout the courses, as well as dishes that pair with Semillon in innovative ways.
After the masterclass and luncheon, attendees are invited to celebrate together alongside live music, live art installations, and pop-up Cellar Doors from the attending winemakers.
